We only collect what we need to schedule and deliver your cleaning:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Service details — the address where the cleaning will take place, the type of service, home size, and your preferred date and time.
- Messages and calls — if you call, text, or use the chat on our website, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up. Calls answered by our virtual receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for scheduling accuracy.
- Website usage — basic analytics about pages visited, so we can understand what's useful and improve the site. This does not identify you personally.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details go directly to them.

- To schedule, confirm, and carry out your cleaning appointments.
- To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
- To respond to your questions, quotes, and requests.
- To send occasional service updates or offers, if you've agreed to receive them.

Text messages (SMS)
We will never sell or share your phone number, and we do not share SMS opt-in consent with anyone.
If you opt in to text messages, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional service updates from Cristy House Clean. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — for example, our scheduling and messaging platform, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
